If you ever tried to install Linux on a system with less than 4 Mb of memory, you know this is not easy. I managed to do this using Linux-Lite. The links to the floppy disks are broken, but I found a mirror over here. (Rename the .zip files to .gz, and use gunzip to uncompress them.)
