This is turning out to be harder than I thought. I keep going for my daring fireball fix, only to catch myself at the last second.

Before Digg, before RSS, even before MyYahoo!, there was ./ (slashdot).

I was feeling old-school this morning and decided that this week I'm going to get all of my news from ./ for the first time in at least three years. Setting aside my trusty Google Reader, I visited http://slashdot.org and tried to remember my login credentials.

Surprisingly, I got it on the first try.
