We should not care about Chinese workers killing themselves because they work in factories for pennies a day - I NEED a cheap game console!!! Ignore the companies moving production back in the US, and the positive jobs reports! Ignore the discount China gets in shipping rates because they are a "developing country". And of course we should ignore that their coal expansion has wiped out all progress in CO2 reductions, and in fact increased worldwide levels. It's interesting that data on the Chinese tariffs prior to this administration is hard to find. There was a 15-25% tariff on US agricultural products during Biden's administration, but even CharGPT is hard pressed to find data. I expect the "Made in XXX" labels to change from China to other countries like Vietnam. Lots of small shops are going to become profitable to run again. Remember, most of manufacturing wasn't mega-corps, it was small to medium businesses who will take advantage of this. If our exports of agricultural products falls, perhaps we can stop subsidizing farmers to produce extra crops and reduce Federal spending.

No, you mistranslated it completely. An investment firm that doesn't invest in companies that bring the greatest return for the shareholder is clearly violating it's fiduciary duty. ESG investments are fine so long as you know what you are investing in, have a choice, and are willing to accept lower returns.
