This sucks for all the kids who competed and for the staff who put a ton of work into finding sponsors, etc. FWIW, he mentioned that other kids were caught cheating during the contest itself. I'm not really surprised, but I'm disappointed they didn't work out another way to manage this.

Thanks, but this is still largely irrelevant for many of us. What I need more often these days is advice on how I (the gen Y) can more effectively manage the Baby Boomers who work for ME. I'd like to help them along before they become victims of "efficiency".
