Matt Goyer of www.fairtunes.com is trying to raise funds to set up an MP3 server with HavenCo at Sealand. He is soliciting donations at www.offshoremp3s.com.

Fairtunes is proposing to host an opennap server with features very much like Napster, but completely unaffiliated with Napster.

And, HavenCo's bandwidth includes much more than just satellite connectivity at this point, and they're adding bandwidth as needed.
