Lets look at this from the "Small Business Owner", I now would have to know to the current tax table for the State, County, and possibly City that the customer lives in to accurately charge the correct "Local" sales tax. I then would have to know where to send this collected money that I'm now legally obligated to collect.

I personally know of several small business owners that would strongly consider ending their Internet sales due to it not being worth the hassle or the liability.

GTCs (Game Time Codes) are purchased from retailers for actual cash. In game, these are converted to PLEX (Pilot Licence Extensions).

The PLEXs can be sold or traded as any other item, though I believe they can't be moved from the station where they're created.

Hope I've got this right. It's a bit early.

European Union legislation to promote the uptake of biodiesel could increase rather than decrease greenhouse gas emissions. A recent study revealed that while petroleum diesel emits 85 percent of its greenhouse gases at the final stage, in the engine, two-thirds of emissions produced by rapeseed derived biodiesel occur during farming -- cropland emits nitrous oxide, which is 200-300 times as potent a greenhouse gas as carbon dioxide.
