Shame it doesn't work with Windows Vista SP1 :|

Every time I have checked in the UK, I have measured 239V still even though it's 230V nominal +10%/-6% now. They surely aren't going to replace all their equipment just because of harmonisation, they just fudge the figures and alter tolerences!
