It simply boils down to most people knowing that something either looks good to them or it doesn't. As for the rest of the story - what a load of bullshit. Words can certainly have a life or death result but not so for typography. No matter what font you choose, it just isn't going to hurt anyone beyond possibly offending them. Nor is a font ever going to save a life.

The fact that light, in all it's forms, can be described as waves doesn't mean that photons, which can equally be described as particles, were not involved. The way I see it, having a watch tell you that you have an abnormal heart rate might in some cases potentially help prevent problems but more often than not it's simply going to scare the shit out of people for no good reason. While it is true that a number of problems can be related to an abnormal heart rate, it's also a fact that the majority of people with an abnormal heart rate have no problems as a result of it. Besides, my regular low cost, no-frills blood pressure monitor detects my abnormal heartbeat 100% of the time, without the absurd price tag or fancy AI.

You must know something others don't. From everything I've been able to learn so far, nobody has successfully blocked all Windows telemetry for more than a short period of time while still having Internet access. It certainly hasn't been for lack of effort.

Windows 10 is a cross-grade from Windows 8.x and a downgrade from Windows 7. Free is still too expensive, given the vast amount of software that will no longer work.
