From the moment staff members walk into my business and are under my management, they should be be paid for their time. If my computers take too long to boot, that's my problem. The bargain is that my staff is trading their time and labor for my cash (capital ... as in capital-ism). These companies ought to be sued -- they are not holding up their end of the bargain.
