The ENERGY cost of a calculation is the same. Only the $$ amount is changed. It's not a battery. It's just buying cheaper power. Doesn't mention the additional storage costs of the cached data - ram? SSD? Spinning disk? Spit into a long copy loop over global fiber and really bung thing up? This is stupid.
