If the success rate for chemotherapy for that specific type of cancer is not good, then skip it. It is toxic to both cancerous and normal cells. People die just from the treatment. If you can't get into any of these trials, remember that just strengthening your immune system can help (one of the tasks of a good immune system is to scavenge these types of cells).
