The shouldnt have granted it because you cannot trademark words as table or glass or chicken. So Ithink International Trademark law does nor permit to tradermark a word that is in any spanish dictionary. If im wrong i suppose i can trademark te word Computer or Sushi and sue anyone that uses it. Im thinking to TM Burger and sue McDonalds(TM)
