Great point. Having possessed a TOP SECRET CODEWORD clearance years ago working for one of the alphabet-soup agencies back in the early '70s all of us knew what the penalties were for mishandling what we did. It was very simple, WHAT WE DID, SAW OR HEARD STAYED THERE. No question, no ifs, ands, or buts. Much like "what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas" of today. It always amazes me the hubris of those who truly think they are above the law.

I know I'm a certified old guy, north of 60 years old, but I wonder if the word EXCELLENCE has meaning any longer in the age of DIVERSITY. When I look for a solution to a problem I am looking for the SOLUTION to that problem. I do not, nor have I ever, cared from whence that solution came. So by definition EXCELLENCE will bring forth diversity by demanding the best SOLUTION rather than creating an artificial arena where everyone is required to be represented simply to meet a social goal.

I have quite a few trucks at my office that are noisy and have a broken or lack a return to neutral cog in the steering column. I have on more than one occasion been concentrating on good driving and not realized until later the damn turn signal was still active! Happens to us all.... except those supernaturally perfect "Smartest Kid in the Room" /.ers who were brought to this life through non-religious "Immaculate conception" and are forced to live among us mortals.
