You forgot the wonderful Microsoft products, at current rate of growth, they should Rapidly overtake your estimate.
Heck, by the time it's available, likely to need 1 Terabyte to load "Basic" windows, since it will add in another N things that Love to see the gifts Hardware vendors send to Microsoft....
