...hence you'll not actually get 480 Mb/s. You may get something close, coz the traffic tends to be largely in one direction.
PS: Your USB mouse will NOT get any faster, coz it is a low speed device. It gets polled about once every millisecond at most (if I remember my USB spec correctly)
