Lynx &content (Score 1)

I use lynx all the time, (this post is being written with it), and I have found that using it helps me to get straight to the content and avoid a lot of junk. I see none of the ads, images, or popups that I get in other browsers, and it is fast and functional once you learn how to use it. (There is a very steep learning curve though.) I miss the pictures occasionally, but the fact that the written content is not obscured by all of the other stuff on a web page is a great help. After all, what I want out of the web is information, and I can usually get that fastest from good old fashioned words.
