
I think it's even more simple than that
the IP industry wants it both ways and only when it supports larger corporations rather than individuals
contrast this with the recent wikipedia issue of the UKs national portrait gallery claiming copyright on photos taken of portraits that are in the public domain
the real issue is that copyright law protects the entity with the largest legal budget.
okay, so i didn't read it yet, but i'll jump the gun and assume that they haven't considered making ethanol from hemp (cannabis). fuel per unit area of farm land goes way up from both corn and sugar cane and could really help put alternative fuels on the map.
but we can't do that cause of the children (or something)
Some kegs use nitrogen which creates much smaller bubbles and a thicker richer (tastier) head. Other kegs use a mix of N2 and CO2 (with lots more N2 than CO2 in many cases).
I'm actually not a fan of beers that just use CO2 in their kegs as they can taste very sharp and are harder to drink IMO.
The cost of feathers has risen, even down is up!
