This is a LITTLE off topic, but what would be a good BSD to start on? I tried installing Net and Free but for some reason my new (new, no other OS ever on it) HD won1t boot them... gives me a blinking cursor as if there's nothing there. Any help? I may take it to pcs for everyone (where I got it) and talk to them.. it IS a Seagate which is a part of Microsoft so maybe THAT has something to do with it, even though it was listed as UNIX-Friendly. Thanks.
