H-1B are "specialty occupation" jobs which usually means white-collar work and the jobs that require years of experience / degrees.
H-2A are temporary agricultural workers. Those are the people that do the farming jobs Americans don't want.
H-2B are temporary non-agricultural workers. Those are people who also get paid a lot less.

H1B visa requirements should raise the minimum amount of pay to $500k a year. Currently it is a minimum of $60k with a difference in cost of living. This is why you see a lot of H1B workers in lower CoL areas.

If you can't find a person in the United States that can do a job then the non-American person(s) taking that work must be top-talent and/or have skills nobody possesses.

I was a hunt-and-peck typer for many years, then I learned how to type because I needed to learn it for school; However, I still needed to see the keyboard.
Then, after many years of using a keyboard for my job, I learned how to touch type because it's a tool, not a "somewhat useful thing" when it comes to IT.
If you can't touch type as a professional IT professional, quit your job and let the people who actually know how to use their tools take over.

I hated writing essays back when I was younger. I wrote a terrible essay for 3 scholarships to community college and got one of them. I found out it was because I was the only applicant.

I'm not a terrible writer, I just don't know why I need to dignify to someone else why I should have free money over another person that could potentially afford it without a scholarship.

There are literal 'dark pools' that are used to make their intended trades hidden until they are executed and reported. This gives large institutions privy access to upcoming trades that normal investors are not aware of.
