Reading the title I thought this would be about excessive fighting, as in fist fights.

When a sender sends an email it becomes the property of the recipient. The recipient using gmail agreed to the EULA.

And before that it was Buzz. I can still access my posts and pictures I shared with family in Buzz but for all practical purposes they are lost.
