Since they cannot disconnect and instead think of this in the proper context they will not get it. Fluids dissipating in atmosphere have an effect on the atmosphere. Intergalactice space must have a fluid like property where the respiration of each galaxy can have a relation great enough to synch the two. Yes, it could as easily be space-time displacement, but the same would have to be said. It is easily a fluid dynamic and not field related.
