What would come next after net taxation to "redistribute wealth" Maby whites of anglo-saxon origen should not be allowed to use the net in order for less fourtionate and therefore internet deprived minorities to be able to find better jobs and be informed. Allthough "Affermative Action Net" sounds like it would make a good TV series, the idea is moronic. Your idea to tax usage of the net to redistribute wealth is just disgusting. Libraries have computers with access, therefore allowing access to those deprived. Get Real
