Joke is on me.
8 MegaBytes in 1976? Utter rubbish.
I thought the gp said he built his CP/M machine around 1982.

Let me guess... Gene Simmons ?
I have the same watch (Citizen sky hawk) and frankly its the best I ever got.
My old watch was a Timex that had analog and digital. It took 2 batteries, and as soon as one of the battery dropped a few tenth of a volt, the analog clock would stop working. I had the analog clock battery changed, but it only lasted 3 months. I just relied on the digital clock of the watch.
I got pretty tired of changing batteries. So I got an Eco-Drive, and bonus, it syncs with the nearest atomic clock signal.
Pretty neat.
There are private high schools in Quebec still teaching Latin. Greek however lost favor but my uncle studied it then (c. 1940's). I still have his old Greek primer from high school.
No. I'm still leasing my car for the next 4 years because of work. Whatever the amount of gas I would save, I would still need to pay for it and the insurance, and a pay cut would certainly hit me. Once I finish my lease, I could reconsidering it.
Yes, I agree. For Lynx, it would definitely be an overkill.
Actually, I never got to "The Last Component". As soon as something major broke down, I repaired it or replaced it, but after a while I just bought a new computer with a complete new set of hard drives, CPU, memory, etc. Only the IDE hard drives got to jump from one computer to another but that's about to end as I embark, like everyone, on SATA drives.
I calculate in Kilometers by litres, you insensitive clod.
Whatever I can leech from my co-workers.
