The maximum confinement for that charge is 9 months which he has already served. I also seriously doubt the jury will charge him on this or the charge of ignoring the curfew after finding him not guilty of the serious charges. Also, my understanding (limited) of the minor in possession of the firearm is that it is a bit ambiguous and not as clear cut as people would like to think.

Only time will tell.

I hope he does sue.. he just need to sue the rest of the woke media outlets as well.
