Apple is not building products for purists. It convinced people who used to buy new computers for the family every five years to buy $1000 crippled pocket computers for everyone every few years, and it is bringing the simple glamour driving those sales back to the desktop environment. New and pretty sells well. Sometimes the pretty servers crash though. Sent from my iPhone.
