insanecarbonbasedlif's Journal: Try it, people!

Kormoc posted a recipe for Chocolate Sauerkraut Cake here, and I tried it. In fact, we've made it twice (first time when visiting friends on thursday, second time in cupcake form (well, muffin... I don't like those little cupcake papers, they just make things messy) for my family's get-together on saturday).

Try it. You'll like it. Moist, good, not tooo rich, and just, well, good.

I'm thinking of putting in chocolate chips next time to make an extra-decadent treat (Remember to use semi-sweet chips for baking, people. Chocolate's good without a lot of extra sugar.).
