From the sound of it I'm imagining the managers do not have private offices so would typically use empty meeting rooms for private conversations.

Not a study but the reports match my personal experience, that phones don't really teach people about file systems. 150-200 ms latency is about what I got from OnLive ages ago. It will depend how far you are from the actual infrastructure but with a decent router and connection most people are getting better than that nowadays.

It's possible(likely) that the cellular network supports a higher file size but changing the setting requires knowing it exists, finding the appropriate support page, and then actually changing it on the iPhone.

The older model PS5 will refuse to work if the attached nin-temovavle disc drive stops working properly. That still feels worse to me than a drive that requires one time authenticatuon to enable.

i think you're confusing rules with laws there's not really any rights involved. afaik nobody was ever questioning if you had the right to leave a website.

China could just acknowledge Taiwan but that's still incredibly controversial there. It's not that anybody wants a war about it, but it's looking increasingly unlikely that their sovereignty is going to be recognized by China without some huge event.
