ROFL! It doesn't matter if it does or doesn't. To hear the phrase come from President Dumbass renders the whole concept absolutely meaningless. Damn! He looks dumb as dirt in that picture. How embarrassing he must be to any truly reasonable, rational American. What a maroon. Maybe if Halliburton got all the contracts, Cheney would have told him to sign it.

  • Hey, at least he vetoed something, and on top of that, it was a spending bill, too. Maybe he's not just rubberstamping whatever congress wants to waste money on, after all.

      It won't matter if you put only the present front runners on the ballot. It's just re-electing Bush-Clinton-Reagan-Nixon for another four years. And 90% of the incumbents running for congress will be re-elected. What's there to hope for with those kind of odds? Why would they have any reason to change anything? The Party wins no matter what. It makes the concept of term limits meaningless. The candidate represents the party. The cabinet is full of people who've been doing
