Really, though, if kids come to expect this as the norm, what will the NEXT incentive need to be to entice them to take more difficult and challenging classes (which may be harder to get the higher grades in, comparatively)? But, in a way, this is kind of like the bonus system used at many corporations... if you meet certain milestones which are above the standard, you gain more recognition accordingly.

Really, though. I can't imagine cable providers wanting to upset the likes of HBO, Showtime, Max, etc, by agreeing to an untested service that directly competes with those? Have to wait and see, whenever they announce the partners.

I may be off here, but part of the reason of the reason Craigslist may be gaining popularity is because its listings are finally well indexed by search engines, where as of a year or so ago, they weren't - now when I search for an item or service, Craigslist actually shows up in the relevant hits! The more users who see Craigslist in google results, the more likely they maybe are to list with it.

According to my parents and people in my office, the Internet is occasionally down for several hours at a time. Fortunately, they have the ability to reboot it when necessary.

I'm just excited that in 6 months, i'll be able to pick up previously-viewed video streams at a fraction of the retail price!

What ever happened to focusing on the sense of smell for more intimate immersion? I could see that being difficult at the movie theater, especially when watching movies about Orc's and Hobbits, but still - scent was supposed to be the next big thing!
