I think it is. I had windows 8 until some new updates appeared and when i installed them they made my windows 8 into windows 10. I don't like the interface and i think it has some really problems on loading some pages. for example: i have my own website http://www.newnetgames.com/ and it is loading awfully. i think i'm gonna return to windows 8.
