What about those who do not live in the US? (Score 1)

For myself I'm a Finn and live in Finland, Europe. How would SSSCA affect me? Would the US govt be able to change the industrial standards all over the world? Will this affect open source software?

Will it be so that Europeans must start making our own computer hardware and software?

Of course we can not accept any legislation of the US to extend here. As far as I know, the US does not accept our legislation either and does not even want to join the international court of war crimes.
