Do Nitrogen Ice Cream! (Score 1)

I did software development for 10 years and then I went totally sideways and started a company which retails and caters liquid nitrogen ice cream. When I realized that I could make killer ice cream with a show, then I stuck with it until I could live off it. I suggest you do something similar.
