Nah, this is way too simplistic. That would mean there had to have been many times and many places throughout our history where entire societies were allergic to peanuts. I think they would have figured that out and we would have heard about it. In addition, I'm 100% sure there many, many mothers throughout the years that didn't like peanuts and didn't include them in their diet or their baby's. I mean, really think about the idea that a single generation can avoid a single food and it becomes 10 times more lethal to society - if allergies were that easy to introduce, we would have seen this before, in smaller and larger groups, many times. You have to realize that they already do this. Target knows what a price-demand curve is. You think Target knows they could sell an item for 20% more but doesn't... because they don't have digital price tags? They've been doing this forever. It's just a bit time consuming so they do it a couple of times a week or maybe daily. Now it won't be so time consuming so they can do it more often and on more products.
