It involves decision making, whereas low-end factory workers doesn't Therefore, you cant take programming as some stupid assembly, manufacturing, or building construction. Instead, you should be comparing those static tasks to those of a compiler. Which means compilers have replace those traditional mundane and static jobs in the field of software engineering.
