Portland? Not a "Ground Zero" for anything? excuse me while I gasp, and clutch my chest in pain at the thought. There's a certain little comic strip, penciled in Portland that laid the foundation for one my (and I'll assume a whole bunch of /.ers) favorite cartoons, in the world, ever.
