A: Basing it in a country not known for technology.
But well known for having no Government, and 7 different Parliaments

I guess they want it to bear a number of Titans
C. Allowing members to poach customers from their "friends" super easily.
So when one company's employee says/does something stupid, all of their customers can move to a competitor provider in minutes. Sounds like they want to make a European AWS because there can only be one winner in a system like this, and it will be the one who can offer the cheapest prices. Absolutely no chance of sustainable, reliable small business if they can win/lose business quickly. Solid businesses rely on steady customers.
