I honestly would be more concerned about the content of the hot dog and how it was made rather than that it is a choking hazard....seriously...who knows what kind of parts are in there...

You cant get mad at a man for having a sandwich...I mean come on your thousands of miles away from home, at least let the poor guys have a deli sammich if they want it. =D
