You raise an interesting point. Sure, this service might make things easier for a lot of people, but what about patenting stupid stuff like "1 click"? You shouldn't just be able to patent and sell just any term you like. Hopefully there will be (or are) some restrictions on http://pl-x.com to prevent this kind of thing.
