A sale of the size you are discussing most probably should be analyized by a professional appraiser, preferably one who specializes in tech or new media ventures.
This does not negate the value of the slashdot forum, however... This discussion may raise some interesting considerations which may have been overlooked previously. These considerations should then be discussed with a professional appraiser.
