I was thinking the other day about what i really use in word and excel at work that i didn't use 10 years ago with word 2 and excel 2. I have used the html save-as a few times, but then i could get that in word 2 anyway. The other features they have added at each version change and compatibility change doesn't seem to enable businesses to do anything different.
