So last night I tossed and turned trying to figure out what I was going to teach today. I have the 11th grade and 9th grade. The 11th grade classes have gone horrendously all year; the 9th hasn't been bad at all. The problem is that I'm doing the Modernism vs. Post-modernism unit with 11th, starting off with Fast, Cheap & Out of Control, and I forgot the DVD at home for the second class in a row.
I was thinking about giving them a progress report to fill out for me. This will be the third type of "evaluation" class for them, which may be a bit much, but maybe I don't care. And then I'll assign them the reading on identical twins.
Do the same with the 9th graders for consistency, and then continue with Scheme.
