"Not Mainstream Typical Videos" feels that it's important to make sure that our government never creates a law which limits the volume, or decibel(dB), in our Mp3 players and other portable devices. Soon, all of our portable devices could possibly be regulated by legislation. It has already happened in France. Is this something we want? NOTMTV.TV feels that manufacturers should not be regulated. But at the same time, consumers should be made more aware of the real dangers these devices present.
