im sorry to let you know this but under the rule of being innocent until proven guilty, a person can not lose his or her job because they were arrested. Although, they won't be working and henceforth won't be getting paid. Also i would like for everyone to remember that the original article came out of the UK and that they don't have to follow the rules set under any constitution because they don't have one. The geneva convention was created with traditional warfare in mind. How is it that we are supposed to fight under the civilzed methods set forth under the convention, when the opposing militias are not? Yes the terrorists are a militia.
