Maybe it's just me, but hooooo boy. I hope they stop enforcing it soon, it's making things a bit unpleasant to read.

Try this...

Click Preferences, then Comments. Under Discussion Style, select the "Slashdot's New Discussion System Testing" radio button, then click the Save button at the bottom of the page. The page will re-display. Select the "Normal" button under Discussion Style, and click Save.
