US can't see why we are hated (Score 1)

It is true that we should increase domestic security, i.e. security on the airlines. However, I think that this incident could have been prevented if only our government took a more even view in foreign policy. There are hundreds of postings all over the net about retaliation and vengence, however, few postings actually ask why this event actually happened. Of course we can't retroactively change US foreign policy, but I urge that all of us should convince our government to adapt policies that would acheive a balance of domestic as well as foreign peace.
