Here come the (resume) liars! (Score 2)

Watch those resumes- the liars are coming! More specifically, those inflated titles and skillsets from all of those fly-by-night.com houses will be in print. Isn't there something wrong with a resume that boasts of 6-7 years of experience, but the person has only been out of school for 3 years? Check out some of those GIANT titles, too. FYI: those senior positions (i.e. sr. architect, etc...) really require years of development experience combined with a more recent tech set. The real problem is the ignorance of the people who are hiring...shame and a sin. Nobody asks (on interviews), "How much time was spent on new development and maintenance?" This is extremely pertinent! Instead, it's X years of this; X years of that. Yikes! Most of those places.com performed horribly! Anyone (e.g. fool) can take someone else's money and go on a hiring spree. I was surprised of magnitude of the ignorance that supported them and their "no proof of concept" approach.
