I figured it out two minutes after I posted this. It was much simpler than it seemed and the solution was quite simple, not at all rocket science.

Precisely what I thought when I read the title.

Not sure if it was 25 or 30th anniversary, Microsoft contacted me for some antique computers they wanted to borrow for a photo shoot. I said sure, cough up some bucks for the rental. (I had rented some before for movie/photo shoots,etc.) They politely declined which was no surprise.

With things like a parasite that can change behavior, I'd say we've already been invaded and no, we haven't noticed it. (Toxoplasmosis is one example.)

This silliness can be explained by the streaming service offered by Shaw/Rogers. That's what is really behind this CRTC furor in a teapot. Perhaps S/R want to know who is watching Netflix now so they can make them an offer they can refuse...and most will. The new service 'Shomi' is dead in the water before it even is launched. Roger's hoped that by buying hockey they could make everyone go back to cable. That's not going to happen either.
