No it's definitely racist. Let me help you understand.

"Chinese death machine" - Calling the machine specifically Chinese and giving it heavy negative connotations, is saying that Chinese people are why it's a death machine.

This person is jealous that they can't have a plant full of illegal immigrants. However they also think negatively towards these immigrants.

"African tier government and service."
If they would have said 3rd world country or some other term, this would be acceptable. Instead they are calling out black people specifically.

So this person has mentioned Chinese, Immigrants, and Africans all in this short paragraph about OSHA. A non-racist asshole wouldn't have used these words.

If you don't get married in the USA to your partner, you have no rights to see them in the hospital or to any of their holdings if they die. You have to get married to support your spouse. Marriage is a legal contract, is has nothing to do with children or love.

Walking The Walk writes: YouTube is looking at creating a paid-subscription model that would allow users to skip the ads on their videos. (A more condensed summary from CBC.) No firm date has been announced, and it sounds like tentative steps right now, but YouTube CEO Susan Wojcicki did mention that ad-enabled music videos would still be offered. (Can we extrapolate that all types of ad-enabled videos would still be offered?)
