Try not to let the trolls get you down - their gameplan seems to be to attack as an Anonymous Coward and try to incite a response that'll get hit by the mods and damage your - he/she/it's being an asshole and getting away with it, you're retaliating and getting modded down for it. The only thing to do is ignore them in the hope that they'll give up and go away, or log out and reply as an AC.
