Just put a sticker that says "Do not read" on the cover of your phone. Then if the cops access your information they've circumvented your DRM and violated the DMCA!
Real Programmers don't write in PL/I. PL/I is for programmers who can't decide whether to write in COBOL or FORTRAN.
